About Mati Studio Hi, I’m Athanasia, the founder of Mati Studio! I’m 23 years old, and my passion for esthetics began when I was just 10 years old. From a young age, I was fascinated by beauty, skincare, and the confidence that comes from helping people feel like the best version of themselves. That passion eventually became my career, and today I get to do what I love every single day. At Mati Studio, I specialize in brows, lashes, and facials, with every service customized to enhance your natural beauty. I believe that great esthetics is about balance and bringing out your best features,not changing who you are. The name Mati, which means “eye” in Greek, reflects both my heritage and my love for creating beautiful, natural-looking results. I wanted to create a space where clients can relax, feel comfortable, and leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. Whether you’re coming in for your brows, lashes, or a facial, my goal is always the same: to provide high-quality, detail oriented services in a welcoming environment where you feel cared for from start to finish. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy To provide the highest quality service and respect the time of all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s). 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service(s). No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service(s) and will be permanently removed from the client list. No-show clients will not be permitted to book future appointments. Required Forms & Waivers: All required intake forms, consent forms, and waivers must be completed and signed prior to your appointment. Failure to complete these documents may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled and any applicable cancellation fees will still apply. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
